ZACC, who?

The ZACC was founded by Oliver Zanon, who had previously worked for more than a decade as a legal advisor for both the legal department of Lonza AG and for trinational, cross-border cooperation. At the beginning of his self-employment in 2005 (still under the name «Opunkt») he also started his legal involvement in clinical trials as a consultant to a mid-sized CRO (Hesperion/Aptiv Solutions later ICON), with which he set up and handled studies for almost all major pharmaceutical and device companies. When the demand for his legal services increased and additional staff had to be hired, the company was renamed and a Limited liability company (GmbH) was founded (2011). Since then, ZACC has been providing consulting services to a wide range of small, mid-sized and large pharmaceutical companies in the area from Basel to Frankfurt am Main. As the company grew, so did the areas in which ZACC could excel. However, it remains loyal to certain guidelines to this day: pragmatism, flexibility, spontaneity, straightforwardness, responsibility, honesty, reliability, loyalty, fairness and a reasonable price structure.
